please a take a moment to familiarise yourself with our booking conditions

• brightonwave hotel is a non smoking hotel throughout
  
• we operate a minimum stay policy of 2 nights at weekends
  and 3 nights at bank holidays and Pride
  
• check in is by appointment - with no check in after 9.30pm
  
• check out is by noon on weekends / bank holidays and 11am mid week
  
• for the comfort of all our guests we do not accept pets, children
  under 14 years or any Stag or Hen party bookings
  
• for online reservations - at the time of booking we take an initial non refundable deposit of the 1st night - should you cancel the booking, the first nights accommodation cost can not be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, the
  total cost of the stay will be taken
  
• you are recommended to take out appropriate travel insurance
  
• payment can be made by cash or the following credit or debit cards

visa, mastercard, american express, switch, solo & visa electron cards accepted

• these terms and conditions supersede any provided by our third party booking engine

brightonWave hotel is centrally located, and offers Wi-fi (hotspot) capability and internet access availability.
Business visitors and conference delegates are well catered for at the hotel.
